Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing SkinGlow by Ayli . As a solo esthetician, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the best possible service to all clients, I ask that you review and follow the policy outlined below.
1. Cancellation Notice
I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. This fee helps compensate for the time that was reserved for you.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments and may be banned from online booking.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. I’ll be happy to accommodate you at a time that works better, without any penalties, as long as it’s within the cancellation window.
5. Emergency Situations
I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and I will do the best to accommodate your situation. However, cancellations made after the required notice period will still be subject to the cancellation fee.
6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we may not be able to perform the full service and will have to cancel or shorten your appointment. A late cancellation fee of 50% will apply if the appointment cannot proceed.
