Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing SkinGlow by Ayli. As a solo esthetician, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, please review and follow the policy below.

1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

2. Cancellation Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client.
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made through text or phone call to ensure they are received on time.

3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the service fee or loss of your deposit, whichever is greater.
If a card on file is declined for any applicable fee, the balance must be paid before booking future appointments.

4. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee and will forfeit your deposit.
Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or may lose online booking privileges.

5. Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or canceled. If canceled, a 50% fee or loss of deposit will apply.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if proper notice is given (at least 24 hours before your appointment).

I understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your situation.
